Diving Bell is excited to offer a 10-week mentorship program for aspiring talent managers and entertainment professionals from lower socio-economic backgrounds. This program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and one-on-one mentorship from our senior team of highly experienced professionals in the industry. Through a combination of shadowing and practical assignments, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of talent management and the entertainment industry.

Topics covered include;

• Overview of talent management industry

• Types of talent managers and their responsibilities

• Introduction to Diving Bell company and team

• Understanding different areas of entertainment (e.g. music, film, TV)

• Industry trends and challenges

• Importance of networking and relationship-building in talent management

• Identifying and developing talent

• Crafting and pitching pitches to industry executives

• Contracts, negotiations, and deal-making

• Developing a unique brand for your talent

• Practical exercise: creating a social media strategy for talent

• Overview of crisis management in talent management

Program Requirements:

• Open to aspiring talent managers and entertainment professionals between the ages of 18-24 of all experience levels

• Commitment to attending all sessions (10 weeks, 1 hour per session minimum)

• Willingness to actively participate in all program activities and assignments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Application Process:

• Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter detailing their interest in the program and relevant experience

• Selected participants will be contacted for an interview
