Abi Foster is on a mission to change the way we talk about money.

An ACA Chartered Accountant turned content creator and founder, Abi has built a community of more than 300,000 people by making finance feel less intimidating and far more human. Known for her clear, jargon-free advice and straight-talking style, she helps everyday people feel confident, capable and in control of their money.

Abi’s passion for business started long before boardrooms and broadcast studios. She grew up watching her mum run a busy hair salon and her dad manage his building company – seeing first-hand the graft, resilience and financial decisions behind the scenes. Those early lessons shaped not only her understanding of business, but her belief that financial knowledge shouldn’t be reserved for a select few.

Today, Abi is a trusted voice across national media. She is regularly called upon by broadcasters including Sky News, LBC and ITV’s This Morning to break down complex economic stories into real-life impact. She has spoken at number 10 and 11 Downing Street and interviewed former Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, was invited to the first-ever creator reception hosted by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and interviewed Chancellor Rachel Reeves following the 2025 budget press conference, while also partnering with institutions such as HMRC, HM Treasury and the Bank of England.

But at the heart of Abi’s work is accessibility. She is the founder of Elent, a mission-driven financial education company dedicated to ensuring no young person leaves school feeling lost or overwhelmed by money. Through workshops, talks and digital content, Abi and her team are helping the next generation build confidence from the ground up.

Her debut book, The Money Manual, brings that same empowering approach to a wider audience – proving that understanding money isn’t about being good at maths, it’s about having the right tools and the confidence to use them.
