Passionate about improving trans male visibility Tate’s ‘Lunch and Learns’ have become a necessary educational tool for multiple corporations. Tate speaks with both warmth and directness debunking common myths surrounding trans people and educating on on how to best implement and improve on LGBTQIA+ inclusive policies.

Tate has spoken at a number of major organisations about his private transition, the effects of testosterone, intersectionality, family and workplace acceptance, toxic masculinity, men’s mental health, trans-male menopause and male privilege.
